What are some of the Consequences?

As temperatures rise, extreme heat events become more frequent and intense. This means that people will suffer from heat stress, dehydration, and other related illnesses. These illnesses can lead to death.

What can we do about it?

We can do many things to help prevent these issues from happening. We can reduce our carbon footprint by using less energy and consuming fewer products with high amounts of packaging. We can also use renewable sources of energy such as solar power and wind turbines. we can also start backyard gardening to grow our food in the backyard.
