Reuse is often confused with recycling, but the two couldn’t be more different! While recycling involves reprocessing an item back to its original raw materials, reusing is for lengthening the life of an item.
Not only does reusing help prevent pollution, but it also saves on energy, reduces the emission of greenhouse gases which contribute to global warming, and is economically more feasible.
Reuse, Don’t Abuse!
Instead of throwing away items, why not reuse them in innovative ways? We all need to take up the social and moral responsibility of being more conscious regarding the items we purchase and what we do with them once their purpose has been fulfilled.

Reforestation is an important aspect to focus on, mainly because trees play an active role in decreasing carbon dioxide levels and releasing oxygen into the atmosphere. Carbon is also stored in biomass in the trunk, roots, and leaves of plants which mitigate climate breakdown.
